How to Play

Shift your pieces according to their unique movement rules. The King can only travel one square at a time within the nine-pointed star. Advisors must stay within diagonal moves within the palace. Ministers move exactly two squares diagonally and cannot move to the opponent's side. Knights move one square straight and then one square diagonally, if not impeded by adjacent pieces. Rooks move any number of squares straight, making them powerful attackers. Catapults move like chariots but must jump over exactly one piece. Pawns move forward one square and attack sideways after crossing the river. Remove the opponent's general to win the game. Plan your moves carefully to defeat the computer opponent.
